OSAC Scholarship Application

Apply! Start your OSAC Scholarship Application, final deadline is March 1 of each year. In the event that it falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will automatically be extended to 5:00 p.m. (PST) of the following business day.

Oregon Promise

Apply! For recent high school graduates and GED® recipients who plan to attend community college. Learn more about Oregon Promise guidelines.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Apply! Complete the FAFSA as soon as possible after October 1 each year. US citizens and eligible noncitizens must use the FAFSA to apply for federal student aid programs, the Oregon Opportunity Grant, Oregon Promise, and many OSAC scholarships.

Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA)

Apply! Complete the ORSAA as soon as possible after October 1 each year, only if you are a DACA student or an undocumented student. The ORSAA gives eligible undocumented students the ability to apply for the Oregon Opportunity Grant, the Oregon Promise Grant, and certain OSAC scholarships. Learn more about the ORSAA. The ORSAA is used exclusively by the state of Oregon, not the Federal government. The ORSAA is NOT a tool that is used to identify or deport undocumented individuals.

Chafee Education and Training Grant
